ST. CHARLES – A 67-year-old Geneva man died as a result of injuries he suffered in a crash Nov. 9 in the 3700 block of Stern Avenue, police announced in a news release. Thomas Chlebowski, of the 400 block of North Glengarry Drive, Geneva, was first transported to Delnor Hospital in Geneva, then flown to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, where he died of his injuries, the release stated.
